Configurations 2-axle with 57 1/2" axle centers, 36,000 GVW with 13' body. 3-axle with 115" axle centers, 45,000 GVW with 16' body. 4-axle with 147" axle centers, 50,000 GVW with 18' body. Optional: � 49", 54 1/2", 57 1/2", and 60 1/2" axle centers in combination to obtain maximum GVW. Body lengths as required. Frame Constructed of 1/4" T-1, formed-steel channels with gussetted cross-members welded into frame to create a monolithic structure including rear cross-members for dump body hinge. 40" frame height to maintain low center of gravity. � 14"-deep frame on 2- and 3-axle trailers � 17"-deep frame on 4-axle trailers Drawbar Tapered, 1/4" T-1 formed steel channels integral with frame. Rubber bushed swivel type eye stepped up on drawbar. All lines routed inside frame and through drawbar. Heavy-duty dual safety chains and holders for air, electrical and hydraulic lines. Optional: � Air-operated telescopic drawbar with 7'6" travel; constructed of square tube. All air, electrical and hydraulic lines are in cable carriers for positive protection and are operated from inside the cab. Hoist Trunion-mounted, single acting telescopic hoist with cylinder mounted out in front of the body. Hydraulic line connected to front of drawbar with Hansen quick coupler. Stemco oil-sealed, spring brakes on two axles, 10-hole, stud-piloted hubs with outboard-mounted cast-steel drums and automatic slack adjusters. Suspension Heavy-duty Hutchens Model #9700 with side-of-frame mounted hangers; 22,400# capacity per axle; rubber-bushed tongue arms; 3-leaf springs. Floor Construction Bar-less (no crossbars) design with 3/16," Orelloy 50LT, 70/90,000-PSI steel formed in one piece radiused to sides. Optional: � 3/16" or 1/4", 400 BHN, 180,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel. � 4MM, AR500, 190,000-PSI, abrasion-resistant steel. Tailgate Constructed of same material as sides. Fully boxed perimeter.
