Height Front: 62" Sides: 48" Tailgate: 56" Side Construction 1/4" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel with 25" radius to floor. 3/16" 70,000 PSI high-strength steel. 6" x 11" boxed sloping toprail for maximum strength. 3/16" EX-TEN high strength steel 20" x 6" rear corner posts contoured to sides for added strength, with holes for recessed lights. Options: � 3/16" EX-TEN high-strength steel. � 3/16" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel. Front 1/4" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel with horizontal brace and slope sheet to floor. Cylinder Housing For inboard and outboard mounted cylinder. Understructure Torsion-resistant design with 8" x 15" wide-flange "I" beam stringers. Options: � 8" x 4" x 1/4" hi-tensile tubular stringers. Floors 1/4" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel. Options: � 3/16" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI abrasion-resistant steel. � 3/16" EX-TEN high-strength steel. Board Pockets Front and rear for 2" wide side boards. 8" high at rear. 14" high at front. Fenders Sloping 10-gauge 70,000-PSI high-tensile steel full length of body. Tailgate Double-paneled 3/16" 70,000 PSI steel with fully boxed parameter and two integral-formed horizontal braces. Straight type, with manual-operated hardware. Positive overlocking flame-cut hardware. Recessed upper tailgate hinges. Options: � 3/16" or 1/4" 400 BHN 180/220,000 PSI steel inner panel. � Sloping gate. � Air-operated hardware, 6" chamber with air to open, spring to hold closed. � Tailgate chains. � Additional horizontal and vertical tailgate braces. � Lever-actuated or rotary type asphalt gates. � Double-link tailgate hinges. � Extended-top tailgate hinges. � Water-tight tailgate. � High-lift double-hinged tailgate, hydraulic or air operated. � Tailgate same height as sides. � 62" high tailgate (not available with high-lift option).
